Mission
Statement
To promote and support service delivery programs
that provide a competitive environment for minority business participation as
well as expanding our current minority supplier database through partnership and
participation in the industry’s best practices.
Business Case
Ferrandino and Son has developed and promoted a
robust diversification among its suppliers based on two key business
initiatives. The first is to build out a supplier partnership database
that meets the business objectives of our existing and future customers.
Our corporate responsibility is to develop service programs that give back to
the community and the partnership with a diverse partner network is critical to
that success. The second key initiative is the ability to identify and
implement significant cost efficiencies within every service program. By
diversifying our partner network, Ferrandino and Son ensures we continue to
provide back to our clients ideas and processes that are both unique and varied
both in experience and perspective.

within the procurement sourcing department of Ferrandino and Son, it is the
responsibility of every employee who either directly or indirectly commits the
expenditure of funds for the purchase of goods or services as it relates to
every Division of the company. Our CFO is ultimately charges with the
responsibility to administer this policy for Ferrandino and Son.
