Founder and President

As Founder and President of Ferrandino & Son, Inc., Peter has been actively involved in every facet of the business, including marketing and sales, new business development, contract negotiation, project management and customer relations. Since founding the company in 1993, Peter has successfully built projects for, and developed relationships with, some of the nation’s most prestigious companies including Starbucks, McDonald’s, Sears, JP Morgan Bank and Walgreen’s.

Under Peter’s leadership, Ferrandino & Son has experienced increases in sales volume and new customer growth. With more than 20 years of business and Facility Service experience, Peter brings to each service program his extensive industry knowledge, as well as his proven track record of budget predictability, cost-efficiency and high-quality value.

As Ferrandino & Son’s President, Peter’s goal is for the company to be recognized by clients for delivering uncompromised, consistent service, while making Ferrandino & Son a rewarding place to work for all staff members.

Having spent his entire career in Facility Services, some of Peter’s most satisfying experiences have been while working in the field with his colleagues to deliver positive results to clients. Peter takes great pride in building rewarding, long-term business relationships.

Peter is a member of several industry and community organizations, including serving as a Board Member for the Long Island Charities Foundation. In 2007, Peter was honored by the Long Island Charities Foundation as their “Man of the Year” in recognition of his tireless commitment and support of local non-profit organizations and charities.
